STAMFORD, Conn. – A Stamford man arrested on charges of threatening his wife with a loaded shotgun early Monday had his bond increased by a state Superior Court judge, reports the Stamford Advocate .
Guiliano Dinino, 51, was held on $150,000 bond, increased from the $100,000 set by police, the Advocate said.
Dinino was charged with four counts of second-degree threatening, two counts of risk of injury to a child and single counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and attempt to commit first-degree assault, the Advocate said.
His wife said she had been sleeping at 1:38 a.m. Monday when she woke up to her husband tapping her on the shoulder with the gun, police told the Advocate. She fought with him to retrieve the loaded gun and told their children to call 911, the Advocate said.
No one was injured in the incident.
