STAMFORD, Conn. -- A city man was charged with stalking and harassing a 17-year-old waitress, according to the Stamford Advocate.
The accused, Victor Obregon, 43, reportedly has a tattoo of the girl's name, reported the Stamford Advocate.
The girl, who reportedly waited on him a few times, and her mother reported the man to police in the middle of January, alleging that he followed her, the Stamford Advocate said.
Police found out Obregon was arrested before for similar actions related to other women, the Stamford Advocate said.
A warrant was issued for Obregon's arrest and he was taken into custody Saturday, said the Stamford Advocate.
