STAMFORD, Conn. — A Stamford man who has been in jail since June after he was charged with raping a young niece has now been charged with also raping the girl's younger sister when she was between the ages of 5 and 10, according to the Stamford Advocate.
The 41-year-old man's identity was not released to protect the identity of the victims, but he was first charged in June with sexually assault after impregnating his niece, according to the Stamford Advocate.
The younger girl told police that the man and another uncle both sexually assaulted her when she was between the ages of 5 and 10 in her home, according to the Stamford Advocate. Her uncle would threaten her and her parents in order to keep her from telling anyone about the sexual assaults, the Stamford Advocate reported.
The man was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, according to the Stamford Advocate.
