Stamford Man Charged With Brandishing Paintball Gun

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Police arrested a Stamford man after he allegedly flashed a paintball gun to a bouncer after being kicked out of a club, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Flavio Buestan, 26, was charged with breach of peace, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and illegal use of a facsimile firearm, the Stamford Advocate reported.

Buestan allegedly returned to Los Torres Restaurant at 821 E. Main St. around midnight on Saturday and brandished a paintball gun to a bouncer, the Stamford Advocate reported. The bouncer had ejected Buestan from the establishment earlier in the evening, said the Stamford Advocate.
