Victor Medina-Fajardo, 32, of 873 Washington Blvd., turned himself in to police. He was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle and held on $25,000 bond. He was scheduled to be arraigned in state Superior Court in Stamford on Wednesday.

Angela Lopez-Escobar, 34, of Greenwich Avenue, Stamford, died after she was hit by the 2003 Ford Explorer driven by Medina-Fajardo, police said.
