Stamford Man Charged After Nude Disturbance At Government Center

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford Police took a local man to Stamford Hospital for evaluation after he removed most of his clothing and began to break windows on a vehicle in the Government Center parking lot Tuesday, Dec. 3, according to Patch.com.

Orlando Montalvo, 29, of 87 Webb Ave., began acting strangely outside the St. John's Tower apartment building at about 2 p.m., police said. A passing driver asked whether Montalvo was all right, then pulled into the Government Center parking lot, the story said.

Montalvo followed the vehicle, climbed into the passenger seat and began smashing the windshield, Patch.com reported.

He was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, according to Patch.com
