Jason Vidal, 38, who recently tried to have his parents arrested for taking his car away when he became drunk during his birthday celebration, began screaming profanities at officers when they arrived at the home on Colonial Road, said the Stamford Advocate.

As police tried to remove Vidal from the property he began kicking the patrol car and yelling he wished someone would kill all the cops and spit on one of the officers, added the Stamford Advocate.

Vidal, who was arrested in 2007 and 2009 for drunk driving, was so out of control that a Stamford Hospital doctor ordered that he be restrained before he was taken to the police station, the Stamford Advocate reported. He was charged with criminal trespass, breach of peace, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest, and his being held on $25,000 bail, said the Stamford Advocate.
