Morris Glucksman is facing charges of larceny and forgery in connection with the theft of nearly $60,000 from the victims, police said. He was arrested at his Bedford Street offices in February, according to media reports.
He was acting as the executor of the estates of Marjorie Amodio, and her son, Robert, according to The Stamford Advocate report.
Glucksman, 68, appeared in court Tuesday, where a judge accepted his resignation, The Stamford Advocate reported.
Glucksman, who had practiced civil and real estate law for more than four decades, also agreed to never try to get his license reinstated, The Stamford Advocate story said.
