New Canaan Police traveled to the Rhode Island Correctional Facility on Wednesday to pick up 31-year-old Keith Duncan and bring him back to Connecticut on an extraditable arrest warrant. Police said the warrant stems from an incident on Oct. 5, 2016.

Duncan was charged with criminal violation of a standing protective order, second-degree threatening, and tampering with a witness after police said he tried to get a witness/victim to recant testimony for a pending criminal case in Rhode Island. Police said that because the matter is domestic in nature, no other information will be provided.
