Police: Stamford Woman Passed Out In Car Had Four Times Legal Alcohol Limit

STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford woman found passed out in her vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Stamford had a blood-alcohol limit four times the legal limit, police said.

The police officer who wrote the report that that recording of 0.3294 was "not a typo" about the extraordinarily high reading. The legal limit is .08. 

The woman was found just after 4 p.m., passed out behind the steering wheel of her vehicle at 12 Minor Place, police said.

Charged with illegal operating while under the influence was Miriam Martinez-Garcia, 35, of 106 Crystal St.
