The suspect was spotted in a second-floor bedroom by the residents at about 11:20 a.m. and chased from the home, police said. He jumped into what appeared to be a pale green Nissan Sentra that left driving north on Cummins Point Road, police said.

The vehicle is missing a bumper and the vehicle, which is clear in a surveillance video, has a small white sticker on the driver's window and two indentations on the driver's side front quarter panel. The license might also be a temporary plate as well, police said.
