Brian C.Walsh, of Riverside, was charged Monday with breach of peace and threatening after the incident in which he was attempting to get into a vehicle to drive and another person stepped in to stop him, said Greenwich Police Lt. David Nemecek.

Walsh then started yelling at the victim and the argument moved from the driveway to the rear of the home, back to the front and then inside, Nemecek said.

At some point, Walsh grabbed the victim on both sides of the head.

When police arrived the victim identified Walsh as the aggressor, police said.

Walsh is being held on $1,000 bond.
