Police Recover Stolen Greenwich Car Used In Escape To Stamford

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich police recovered a car that officials say was used by a 20-year-old Stamford man to escape police trying to connect him to a May 30 drive-by shooting in Stamford, the Greenwich Time reports.

Shacquine Narine, of Stamford, is facing several criminal charges following the shooting incident, including reckless endangerment and criminal attempt at assault. He's being held on $200,000 bond, the Greenwich Time says.

The Range Rover stolen from Greenwich was used to escape police on I-95, and later abandoned in Stamford. It is being processed for evidence, the Greenwich Time reports.
