Police: Man Torches Subaru Parked On Stamford Street

STAMFORD, Conn. — A man was caught on camera setting a car ablaze early Sunday on a Stamford street, police said.

The man walked up to a 2002 Subaru parked on Vassar Avenue with several canisters of gasoline at 2 a.m., police said. He was seen dousing the hood with the gasoline before he set it on fire, police said.

Police are investigating the incident.
