Police Investigate Death Of Man Found In Stamford Alley

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford police were on the scene Thursday evening where a man's body was found in an alleyway between two homes near Stamford Hospital, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Police were investigating but did not know the cause of death for the man, who was not breathing when officers arrived at about 5 p.m. on Spruce Street, the Advocate said.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at Stamford Hospital, police told the Advocate. No shots or criminal activity had been reported in the area, the Advocate said.
