Police had received word that a man in a green Volvo would be making a delivery to a building on Henry Street on Wednesday morning, and set up surveillance of the area, the Stamford Advocate reported.

The Volvo arrived and police detained the driver, 29-year-old Supreme "Spec" Harmon of Bridgeport, and found 30 bags of heroin in three bundles, as well as 3.7 grams of crack cocaine and some marijuana, according to the Stamford Advocate. The bags of heroin were all unstamped, similar to unstamped bags of heroin that were found near three men who died of overdoses in November, the Stamford Advocate reported.
