Anthony Scullark, 31, also known as "A.J." and "Ace," was sentenced to 40 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for distributing heroin and violating the conditions of his supervised released form a prior federal conviction, Daly announced.
According to court documents, Scullark was heard on a wiretap in May 2016 ordering 10 "sleeves" or "bricks" of heroin, the equivalent of 1,000 dosage units, from Kenneth Brickhouse, also known as "K.E."
On Oct. 4, Scullark was arrested as he conducted a drug transaction in the parking lot of a Norwalk business. A search of Scullark, his car and home revealed 65 bags of heroin, 18 small knotted bags of crack cocaine, $1,695 in cash and eight cell phones, Daly said. Scullark has been detained since his arrest, and pleaded guilty on Dec. 5 to one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, and to violating the conditions of his release.
On Oct. 8, 2013, Scullark was sentenced to 21 months in prison and three years of supervised release for charges related to possession and distribution of crack. His supervised release began on July 23, 2014.
Brickhouse pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison on March 9.
