STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford landlord who set fire to his apartment building received a 14-year prison sentence Tuesday but may serve less time if he is allowed to "make restitution," according to a Stamford Advocate report.

Anthony Manousos was convicted four months ago of first-degree arson for setting the Highland Avenue property on fire on Dec. 3, 2014, during which time a tenant was asleep, said the Stamford Advocate.
