The incident took place Thursday in the Paradise Green area of town when four teens, all male, approached two juveniles and pulled out a handgun and robbed them of their property, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.

After the robbery, the teens all ran from the scene. Officers located them on Lincoln Avenue and after a brief foot pursuit, all were taken into custody. The majority of the stolen property was recovered at the time of arrest, Eannotti said.

The unidentified juveniles were charged with robbery, larceny, interfering with an officer and criminal trespass.

The juveniles were turned over to the Juvenile Detention facility in Bridgeport.
