Darien Police Charge Stamford Man With Driving While Intoxicated

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Darien Police charged a 62-year-old Stamford man with driving while intoxicated after he was unable to stand up for a field sobriety test on Tuesday, March 25, according to Patch.com.

Police pulled Mark Breslin over after they observed him driving in the wrong lane on Post Road near Interstate 95, Patch.com reported. 

Breslin attempted to turn around in a parking lot and struck another vehicle, Patch.com said. When he refused to take a breathalyzer test, he was charged with driving while under the influence, evading responsibility by leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to obey the signal of an officer and failure to renew his car registration, Patch.com said.
