STAMFORD, Conn., -- Fire officials believe a car fire that occurred early Sunday, July 10, outside a New England Drive home, was intentionally set and have ruled it an arson, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Fire officials said a large rock had been thrown through the window of the 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer and either gas or another flammable liquid was detected inside the car, said the Stamford Advocate.
The same home experienced a second-floor fire two years ago. The case remains under investigation, added the Stamford Advocate.
