GREENWICH, Conn. – The details included in the affidavit for the arrest of music teacher Sean Jackson for an “unsuitable request” he made to a 10-year-old student on April 25, 2014, suggest that it might not have been the first time Jackson made the request reports the Stamford Advocate.

The affidavit states that Jackson, 41, asked a piano student to remove a piece of clothing and that he made a similar request to another student in the past according to the report.

The Daily Voice previously reported that Jackson, a Stamford resident, was arrested July 23 on charges of risk of injury to a minor and that he was fired from his job at Stanwich Congregational Church in Greenwich. Jackson, a native of Barbados, was the organist and music director at Stanwich Congregational Church. He also no longer works as a part-time music instructor at Convent of the Sacred Heart.
