STAMFORD, Conn. - Vincenzo Lorenti of Stamford died Wednesday, April 17. He was 84.
Lorenti was born Dec. 4, 1928, in Bivongi, Italy, to Pasquale and Anzalmena Valente Lorenti.
Lorenti is survived by three sons, Pasquale Lorenti (Barbara) of Stamford, Adelmo Lorenti (Jean) of Cottonwood, Ariz., and Emilio Lorenti of Stamford; three granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; and sister Nazarena, of Italy. He was predeceased by his wife, Teresa.
Calling hours are Sunday, April 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, CT 06902. A funeral procession will be leaving Monday, April 22 at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s RC Church, 566 Elm St., Stamford. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, Rockrimmon Road, Stamford.
