Williams, better known as "Tommy" or "T-Top," was born July 16, 1954 in Stamford to Solus Avon Williams and Hattie Louise Williams.
He is survived by one daughter, Ka'Shika Tay McDowell, of Stamford, and one son, Thomas Anthony Rowell of Bridgeport; three grandchildren; one uncle; his companion, Robin Coleman-Cannon, of Stamford; and a host of cousins and friends.
There will be a wake at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greater Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church, 27 Baxter Ave., Stamford, followed by a service of celebration at 11 a.m.
