STAMFORD, Conn. – Serge Rinchere, 71, of Stamford, died Friday, July 17 at Stamford Hospital.
Rinchere was born Dec. 31, 1943, in Port-Au-Prince Haiti. He worked as a welder.
He is survived by his sons, Gulliano Rinchere, Raymond Rinchere, Serge Rinchere Jr. and Jean N. Rinchere; and two brothers.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Itulia Rinchere.
A viewing will be held on Friday, July 24 from 5-9 p.m. at Shippan's Thomas Gallagher Funeral Home (next to Knights of Columbus), 453 Shippan Ave., Stamford. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 25 at 9 a.m. at Basilica of St. John Church, 279 Atlantic St. Stamford. Burial will follow.
