STAMFORD, Conn. - Peter A. Yezzi of Stamford died Monday, Oct. 21. He was 69.
Yezzi was born March 30, 1945, in Stamford, to Arthur Yezzi and Virginia (Rodolico) Yezzi. He worked as a hairdresser for many years.
Yezzi is survived by his sister, Joyce Mirizio (Cosmo); and his nieces, Terry D'Agostino and Jenna Nowakowski. He was predeceased by his parents.
Calling hours are Friday, Oct. 24, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, at Holy Spirit Church, 403 Scofieldtown Road, Stamford. Interment will be conducted in private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
