Patricia Grady Parks, 89, Of Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. - Patricia Grady Parks of Stamford died Oct. 12. She was 89.

Parks was born Oct. 7, 1923, in Stamford, to Mary Dugan Grady and George Grady. She attended Bangall (one-room) School, Stamford, Greenwich Academy and Trinity College, Washington, D.C.

Parks is survived by her son, Edgar K. Parks, of Fairfax, Va.; two grandchildren; and brother, John C. Grady of Stamford. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Major Edgar K. Parks, Jr.

Calling hours are Wednesday, Oct. 16 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Leo P. Gallagher Funeral Home, 31 Arch St., Greenwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Ave., Riverside. Interment will follow immediately at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY (UMAC).
