STAMFORD, Conn. - Noemi "Mimi" Isidro died Friday, July 19. She was 87.
Isidro was born Aug. 11, 1925, in Manzanillo, Cuba, daughter of Juan Folch and Leonor Proenza. She lived in Stamford for 50 years and worked at Macheltt Labs for 25 years till her retirement in 1989.
Isidro is survived by her husband, Angel Isidro; daughters, Lupe Isidro Dauplaise (David), Angie Isidro Bresnahan (Scott); sister, Andrea Proenza; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Tuesday, July 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St., Stamford, CT 06905. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 24 at The Basilica of Saint John the Evangelist 279 Atlantic St., Stamford. Burial will take place Wednesday, July 24 at St. John Cemetery, 25 Camp Ave., Darien.
