Mary Jane Cerullo, 71, Lifelong Stamford Resident

STAMFORD, Conn. - Mary Jane Cerullo of Stamford died Nov. 20. She was 71.

Cerullo was born Aug. 13, 1942, in Stamford, to Stanley and Emma Ferris. She attended Stamford High School and graduated in 1960. She was a lifelong resident of Stamford and also resided in Bonita Springs, Fla. She was member of Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich and Bonita Bay Golf Club in Bonita Springs. She was a member and volunteer at St. Leo's Church and volunteered at Stamford Hospital.

Cerullo is survived by her husband, Donald; children, Lisa Riley, Tricia Rosen (Christopher) and Donald Cerullo Jr. (Meaghan); eight grandchildren; sister, Frances Grant; brothers, William and Robert Ferris; and extended family. She is predeceased by her parents; sister Dorothy Mocker; and brothers, Stanley and John Ferris.

Calling hours are from 3 and 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24 at Leo P. Gallagher and Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St., in Stamford. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25 at St. Leo's Church located at 24 Roxbury Road, Stamford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cerullo’s name may be made to the MDS Foundation.
