STAMFORD, Conn. - Malcolm W. Bodine of Stamford died Sunday, May 4. He was 79.
Bodine was born June 22, 1934, in New Rochelle, N.Y., the son of Malcolm W. Bodine Sr. and Grace Hansen Bodine. He had been a long time Stamford resident. He attended Iona College and was an aeronautical engineer who worked on the Apollo project for NASA. He later owned Electronic Service Center and Bob and Ray Television, both in Stamford.
Bodine is survived by his wife, Virginia; daughters, Jeanne Pritchard, Barbara Winkler (Edward), Deborah Mittelholzer (Dominic) and Pamela Pargen (John); son, Wayne Schrimp; nine grandchildren; brother; Andrew F. Bodine; and sister; Susan Yaeger. He was predeceased by his parents.
Calling hours are from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8, immediately followed by a service at the Leo P. Gallagher and Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St., Stamford.
