NEWTOWN, Conn. - Lucille F. Colucci of Newtown, formerly of Stamford, died March 23. She was 97.
Colucci was born in Stamford, to Louisa and Leonard Colucci. She was a longtime resident of Stamford. She trained as a hairdresser and worked in her father's beauty salon/barber shop in Stamford for many years. She also worked at Stamford Hospital and Westhill High School in Stamford.
Colucci is survived by her sister, Elinor Cole (Rusty) of Fayetteville, N.C.; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Helen Colucci, Beatrice Forte (Fred), Marion Grimaldi; brother, Michael Colucci; and great nephew, Gregory Berryhill.
