John Garrison, 78, Of Stamford

STAMFORD, CONN. – John Garrison, a resident of Stamford, died in his sleep Sunday, April 12. He was 78.

He spent his childhood in Greenwich, attending the University of Connecticut and enlisting in the U.S. Army after graduation, serving in the military police.

Garrison also operated his own real estate business, John Garrison Real Estate, in Stamford.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia, children and grandchildren.

Services for the immediate family will be private.
