STAMFORD, Conn. – John J. Burkhardt Sr., 91, of Stamford, died Saturday, Jan. 17.
Born Aug. 4, 1923, in Portsmouth, N.H., he was a son the late John and Teresa Slaney Burkhardt.
He was a teacher at Stamford High School for 29 years until his retirement.
Funeral service information will be announced at a later date.
