MCLEAN, Va. - Erminia (Gina) Bufalini-Najjoum died Aug. 12. She was 87.
Bufalini-Najjoum was born in Patrica, Rome, Italy, daughter of Mario and Anna Bufalini and was a resident of Bridgeport for over 60 years. Before her retirement 20 years ago she was the owner and operator of Cut N Curl Salon of Beauty of Stamford for 45 years along with her husband.
Bufalini-Najjoum is survived by her sons, Charles J. Najjoum Jr. (Karen) of Potomac Falls, Va., and Craig M. Najjoum of Stuart, Fla.; three grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Gloria Caruso (Rosario) of Stratford, Noemi Bufalini of Bridgeport, Sadie Bufalini of Monroe; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Friday, Aug. 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Funeral services will take place Saturday, Aug. 17 at 9 a.m. in the funeral home, and at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bufalini-Najjoum’s name to the Alzheimer's Association.
