STAMFORD, Conn. -- Dina Marie Santore, 87, a lifelong resident of Stamford, died on Saturday, July 18, at her home.
Santore was born in Stamford on Feb. 11, 1928, to Genneraro and Michelina Bergola Roscillo. She was a former employee of the city of Stamford Board of Education and a former employee of Brock's Restaurant.
She is survived by her daughter, Denise, and her husband, Sgt. Paul J. Vaccaro, of Stamford; and her son, Joseph Charles Santore, of Stamford.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Anthony Santore; her sister, Angie Caporizzo; and her two brothers, Wally and Angelo Roscillo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 566 Elm St., Stamford. Interment will be private, and there will be no calling hours.
