Tolliver was born in Stamford on Oct. 29, 1958 to Samuel Holmes and LaVerne Toliver Reed.
He is survived by his four daughters; Latricia Ford, India Tolliver, Malerie Tolliver and Kori Lyn Humphrey, four sisters; Loretta Toliver Miller, Priscilla Tolliver, Salome Tolliver and Valerie Tolliver, and two brothers; Ethan Reed and Nathan Reed. Tolliver was predeceased by a sister, Edna Toliver Davis and a brother, Larry Toliver.
The memorial service will be at Greater Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church, 27 Baxter Ave. in Stamford.
Interment will be private.
