Santora was born March 7, 1926, in Stamford, daughter of Giacomo and Louise Zottola. She grew up in Stamford and was a graduate of Shorts Secretarial School and worked as a secretary for the Canada Dry Corporation for 25 years in Greenwich.
Santora is survived by her daughters, Rosemarie Zurkowski (Richard) of Stamford, Camille Santora and Alicia of Norwalk; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Frank Santora; brother, James Zottola; sisters, Lena Zicaro and Albina Altomare.
Calling hours are Tuesday, July 2 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory; 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 3 at St. Bridget of Ireland RC Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford. Interment will follow at St. Mary's RC Cemetery.
