STAMFORD, Conn. -- Carmella Napoli Hett, 67, of Stamford, passed away June 21, 2015 at Greenwich Woods.
Born June 3, 1948, in Stamford, the daughter of the late Frank Napoli and Julia (Bevino) Napoli.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles B. Hett.
She is survived by her sister Catherine Battinelli and husband Louis; one nephew Carmine Battinelli; her uncle Ernesto Napoli and wife Raffaela; cousins Donna and Jan Darula; her in-laws Charles and Harriett Hett; brothers-in-law Richard Hett, Billy Hett and wife Caroline; sister-in-law Irene Keeler and her husband Harold "Chuck," as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Hett worked at the former Cassone Bakery in Stamford. She also was a hairdresser for several years and also worked for caterers, as well as catering parties herself.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Ave., Stamford.
Entombment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Darien.
