Del Gatto was born Oct. 7, 1953, in New York City. She earned her bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College and her law degree from New York Law School.
Del Gatto is survived by her husband, Brian Del Gatto; children, Brandon Del Gatto and Breana Del Gatto, all of Darien; and sister, Carol Oddo of Maspeth, Queens, N.Y.
Calling hours are Thursday, Oct. 23, from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Calvary Baptist Church, 988 Post Road, Darien.
