Anthony L. Gallo, 66, Of Stamford, Worked For The Connecticut Post Office

STAMFORD, Conn. - Anthony L. Gallo, a resident of Stamford, and former Mt. Vernon resident, died Dec. 29. He was 66.

Gallo was born June 28, 1947, in the Bronx, to Anthony and Pasqualina (Ambrosio) Gallo. He worked for the Connecticut Post Office for almost 30 years.

Gallo is survived by his sister, Rose Ann Iaboni; two nieces, Rene Iaboni Artale (Andy) and Danielle Iaboni Monteverdi (Tom); and a great niece and nephew.

Calling hours are Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc., 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Family Church. Interment will follow.
