Angelina F. Esposito, 103, Lifelong Stamford Resident, Seamstress

STAMFORD, Conn. - Angelina F. Esposito, a lifelong Stamford resident, died Sept. 5. She was 103.

Esposito was born July 8, 1911, to John and Antoinette (Alicandro) Esposito. She worked as a seamstress for 64 years.

Esposito is survived by her son, John Esposito (Lexi); daughter-in-law, Ida Esposito; son-in-law, James Macari; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Antonio Esposito; son, Joseph Esposito; daughter, Annette Macari; and siblings, Jerry Esposito, Sarah Valentine, Mary Calendrelli, James Esposito, and Peter Esposito.

Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, at St. Clement's Church, 535 Fairfield Ave., Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien.
