What's closed:

  • Stamford Transfer Stations and Recycling Center.
  • Stamford Museum & Nature Center.
  • Ferguson Library.
  • Stamford Historical Society.
  • Italian Center.
  • All schools within Stamford and all school offices will be closed.
  • Banks will be closed.
  • All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.

What's open:

  • Fairway Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Stamford Town Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Stamford Jewish Community Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Chelsea Piers will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Bow Tie Majestic 6 Theater.
  • Landmark 9 Theater. 
  • Check with individual restaurants and retail outlets for any special holiday hours on Wednesday.
