original story: DARIEN, Conn. — Traffic is congested Monday morning on I-95 northbound after a multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer, the Connecticut Department of Transportation reported.

Two lanes are blocked by the crash between Exits 12 and 13, DOT said.

I-95 northbound is congested for 3 miles between Exits 9 and 13 in the Stamford-Darien area, DOT said.

It was not clear how long it would take to clear the accident scene.
