STAMFORD, Conn. Wakil As-Mad, 37, of Stamford, was arrested Monday evening and charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Carlos Castro-Villalobos, 32, of Stamford, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child Tuesday morning.
Crescenzo Malagisi, 36, of Norwalk, was arrested in Stamford on charges of second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.
Shannon Tallcouch, 20, of Stamford, was arrested Monday night on charges of second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.
