Joseph Caputo has an ankle GPS monitor and has been ordered to follow an 8 p.m. curfew after his arrest by federal agents, hospitalization and a court appearance Monday, the Stamford Advocate said.
He pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge of unlawful entry for jumping onto the White House lawn draped in an American flag and holding his own version of the U.S. Constitution. He faces a maximum one year in jail and as much as $250,000 in fines, the Stamford Advocate reported.
