STAMFORD, Conn. – A man suspected of shooting into a crowd and injuring five people outside of a downtown club July 13 pleaded not guilty charges on Monday, reports The Stamford Times .
Dayron Wills, 22, faces five counts of first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm and marijuana possession, according to the report.
As previously reported by the Daily Voice , Wills was arrested July 13 on charges of firing shots into a crowd of bystanders outside of Tino's Nightclub, located at 84 West Park Place. Wills fired his gun 10 times after he was punched in the face by an unnamed man during an argument over a woman.
Tino’s Nightclub has since surrendered the establishment's liquor permit and closed its doors .
