Stamford Man Faces Prison Term For Having Oral Sex With 12-Year-Old

STAMFORD, Conn. – A Stamford man who had oral sex with a 12-year-old girl at a 2012 party pleaded guilty under an agreement that will send him to prison for less than a year, according to The Stamford Advocate.

Ryshawn Rose, 20, was a 17-year-old student at Westhill High School when he attended the party, where someone made a video of the sex act, The Stamford Advocate reported.

Rose was charged with first-degree sexual assault but pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault, according to The Stamford Advocate.
