Stamford Experiences Minor Earthquake

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford and Greenwich experienced an earthquake just after midnight Saturday, according to the New England Seismic Network.

The earthquake had a Nuttli magnitude of 1.6 and a coda duration magnitude of 2.2, the network reported. It took place .74 kilometers below the earth’s surface, the network said.
