Road Work Slows Northbound Traffic On I-95 In Stamford

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Construction work on northbound I-95 is slowing traffic between Exit 2 for Delavan Avenue in Greenwich and Exit 6 for Harvard Avenue in Stamford on Wednesday, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. 

Northbound I-95 near Exit 3 for Arch Street in Greenwich is moving but slow on Wednesday morning.

The left lane is closed between Exit 5 and 6, where the work is being done, DOT said. 

The delays last for more than 4 miles, according to DOT.

The road work will continue today, Feb. 18, until 2:30 p.m.
