STAMFORD, Conn. Peter Andrew Cavanna, 62, died of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma at Stamford Hospital on Thursday, Jan. 5. He was born Dec. 2, 1949, and raised in the Springdale neighborhood of Stamford.
He was the owner of Cavanna Roofing and Remodeling, which he inherited from his father. Cavanna also served as president of the Gateway Antique Auto Club of America and was an usher at St. Maurice Roman Catholic Church in Stamford.
Cavanna is survived by his wife, Pam Sutherland; daughter Terri Lynn Cavanna; and son Peter Cavanna.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Maurice Church on Monday, Jan. 9. Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home handled arrangements.
